when i click launch the game doesnt open, instead a file opens containing 3 folders. (".itch", "MOM v0.165.0", and "MOM v0.166.0"
inside .itch is just receipt.json which i recall there being there before
inside v0.165.0 is index and 1 folder for images which contains backgrounds, porn, and logos
inside v0.166.0 are the same things as the last one but more images
so unless im supposed to download third party software to run receipt.json and its hidden in there i dont have the games file which if i recall was just names mom.exe or something like that before
The intended use is to download "Public Release.zip" on your computer, unzip it. You will find an "images" folder and a "index.html" file. Double click the html file.
Will you continue to update your game here on itch even after what happened to the site? If not, where can I continue to play the game with all the updates?
Hi. Yes, I will continue posting the free versions on here, but I used to alternate them with the paid ones, so now the page looks much less active, but "free-version-wise", it is the same.
If anything happens that erases my game from here, you can follow the subscribestar link at the bottom of the game's sidebar. I would post the free version there if I couldn't anywhere else.

I bought the lockpicks and flesh light but it's not in my inventory, how can I fix that? Is it a bug?
You must go in the Living room 1-2 days after the purchase and check the mail. It will have been delivered to you.

Glad I supported this, frequent updates after so long is crazy. Sucks some of audio stuff was removed, loved those but I get why you did so.

Are you sure you are downloading the file provided in the downloads?
yes, i updated it but the version i originally installed was the public release, do i need to reinstall it?
