This sounds like an issue to discuss with the itch.io team. I only upload files, not links, and they can be just right-clicked and opened. Contact me on Discord if they redirect you to me again, because there you can safely send screenshots and such for me to try and help.

I doubt it will. The author of the website is already facing challenges of their own that forced them to make content like my story less discoverable. I think one needs an account on the website older than 30 days to find it. That, plus the fact that I can do in the game more or less the same I can do in the story, makes it almost pointless.
I saw a comment about this a while back but don't know if you responded, but would you ever consider making it possible for two landladies? I'm no developer and I'm sure it'd be a ton of work since the game is designed more to focus on one, but I think it'd be a really cool(and hot) feature.

Hi! Thank you for taking the time to write this comment. The plan for the game is to have one landlady and a possible feminised landlord within the household. Other characters are planned for some appearances in this routine, while also having their own locations and events, outside the house. For this to happen, I need to fill in the Monday - Friday routine and the Saturday routine enough for the household not to feel empty. Then, I will be able to start writing about outdoor locations like the Church, the Mall, the Gym, and so on, plus the non-routine events for holidays and festivities (Christmas, Summer, Birthdays, Concerts, etc...). I think Sunday routine could start being an option next Spring.

Given the limited time I can dedicate to this project, and how much I curate the selection of images that enter the game, I would rather do what I (and seemingly the backers) enjoy the most, which is writing.

Once you pay it is added to your library and you get all future updates. As to how long there's been a paid version, there always has. This one gets some paid versions then a free update that contains all the paid content. Ultimately the paid version is a thank you and early access to the new content.
Sorry, I don't understand what is happening. Are you on phone or computer? If on computer, have you unzipped the folder before trying to run the html? What do you mean "open the download location"?
I suddenly had two downloads in the Itch.io app and when I wanted to start the game, the place where I installed it opened and let me choose between the older and the new version but without a game exe or something like that.
I deleted the old version data and could play again.
However I think I have it twice in the libary. I think it was true when they said the itch.io is kinda broken.
However it feels better to download what I can this way.
I don't specifically look for cis content, it is just way easier to find, and I can't spend 3h looking for a gif when people already complain there aren't that many.
It's super easy though. Go on sex.com and search whatever scene you want and you will get it in like 5min of looking. Imagefap also has huge range of gifs and pics you can search to match the scenes described in your beautifully written game(seriously your writing is topnotch).
I really appreciate you making so many of these updates f2p however it would be nice if you added more GIFs in general and gifs of real femboys/trans for the $landlord scenes.

I'm not sure I understand your question. Usually, when someone on itch donates a certain amount, it is registered in its entirety for the purpose of reaching the sale's goal, but it does not go entirely to the author. From that sum, itch's fees, payment systems's fees, and taxes are removed. Whatever is left goes to the author. Fees and taxes may depend on the amount processed, usually being more favorable for higher amounts. As for what I need, I don't have an answer. I appreciate every donation and they surely motivate me, but this is a pleasant hobby turned side gig for me, and I am happy with my work being appreciated and the community around it being healthy.

A single payment will unlock everything set at that price or below.
For example, right now, you can get version 0.117 and the "Sneakily Humping" audio file for free, you can pay anything between $2.40 and $4.79 to unlock the private release updates, or you can permanently unlock everything with any payment>= $4.80.
The same principle applies to any other game on this site which gives bonuses for payments here: this isn't Patreon, you don't have to pay multiple times for the same content.

It shouldn't change as far as I'm aware (I paid $6 a year ago, and I have gained access to every new update and every audio log by just accessing the Download tab next to the "You have paid X amount of monies" notice at the top of the game page).
I assume that if a higher price item ever gets added, you could unlock it by just paying the difference between your previous purchase price and the price of the new tier, but as I said, the prices on this game haven't really changed in over a year.

That happens when a new scene relies on variables that did not even exist in previous releases. When loading from a save, the chapter that initializes the variables (new ones included) is not run, and thus one must start over.

That path is not developed after that. Spankbank seems to have lost traction in the community since the early stages of development.

how do I install the game?
Installation is not required for HTML games. You just need to open the html file after unzipping the zip file.
If you are on an Android phone, you can install the apk file or, if supported, open the HTML file as previously mentioned.
